Blue Skies

Hope everyone is having an awesome week :)

I’m really excited to share these new pics which I’d promised on Monday. These were taken on the weekend with a friend of mine Lisa, in Walsh Bay. It was the first time I’ve worked with Lisa and we had a great day taking snaps together and having a laugh. It was the most perfect Sydney day with bright blue skies, glistening water, and pure unadulterated sunshine. Couldn’t have asked for better photoshoot weather or a more picturesque backdrop for this outfit combo!

This skirt is a winner for me and is the kind of item that always gets people asking “Where did you get that?”. It’s definitely become that staple piece for me coming into hotter weather. It works well with black or white up top. I would say colour too but haven’t tried this yet – I definitely will. On this occasion I decided to ‘prep’ it up a bit and wear with a shirt, but I’ve also been wearing this skirt more casually with a plain black tee tucked in and chunky necklace. Side note: this white shirt is a favourite of mine and I wear it all the time.  It’s the perfect go-to white shirt and goes with ANYTHING – denim shorts, jeans, jeggings, skirts, you name it. Basically a plain canvas to add anything you like to!
