If you hadn’t noticed, I’m a big fan of lists! I usually make a bucket list of things to do during both summer and winter, and tick them off accordingly. Just like I have a never-ending list of cafes I want to check out. During Sydney winter, a plan of action is definitely needed or it’s easy to end up hibernating the entire time. Hopefully my bucket list inspires you to make one of your own.
1. Order mulled wine. It reminds me of England and it’s so cosy and comforting! My drink of choice for the winter.
2. Try a new restaurant / cafe each week, and do more food blogging! Let’s face it, everyone loves to eat during winter.
3. Venture to Melbourne (I’m ticking this one off this weekend for a 24 hour weekend getaway – stayed tuned for a couple of exciting Melbourne posts!)
4. Live in Uggs! I haven’t bought a pair for years, but I used to live in them as a child. Searching for a pair ASAP.
5. Go to the cat cafe! Sydney’s first cat cafe has just opened – can’t wait to go and drag my boyfriend along.
6. Shop. A lot. I love ankle boots and want several pairs this winter. They go with everything.
7. Go ice skating.
8. Visit the Rocks winter market… they feel like Europe and it’s a buzzy area of Sydney during winter when other parts are completely dead.
9. Go to Bondi for the empty beach, sit on the grass and watch the hours pass.
10. Have a summer holiday – in the pitt of winter when it all gets too much who doesn’t want to escape somewhere tropical? My destination of choice – Bali!

Love this! Sometimes winter makes me want to just hibernate, but you have inspired me to get out and do a few fun things! x
