The humble backpack has been a trend for the past few years but now looks like it’s here to stay – massive yessss! It’s one of those fashion buys that has now crossed over from ‘trend’ to ‘staple’ much like much like skinny jeans or wide leg pants. When I first bought this backpack I was only wearing it to the gym, but I quickly got up to speed and realised it could bring some chic-ness to an all black look, or replace a handbag for a cool weekend ensemble. At this stage I’m thinking backpacks are the way forward – super easy to pack (chuck it all in) and no hands or back ache required. If you’re thinking ‘back-to-school’ it’s definitely not the case at all. There’s so many beautiful stylish options out there for us, think luxe leather styles, prints, fur, and quilting, tan, intricate zippers – the lot! This one by Marc by Marc Jacobs has been my trusty companion for over a year now and is still going strong. I just need to introduce a few more styles into the mix and I’ll be set – look out Christmas wish list!
