Hey guys! Well, I’m officially on holidays this week as I’ve finished up a work contract and I’m loving my new life as a full-time blogger (enjoying it whilst it lasts anyway!). I’ve had itchy feet this week whilst waiting for a new flight from Sydney to Bali for a quick vacay (mine was cancelled due to volcanic ash in the area) and that has meant lots of early spring cleaning and daily coffee runs. My wardrobe has consisted of basics only which is a refreshing change. Basics and trainers are too easy for that early morning coffee run! I’ve recently discovered a few awesome basics lines and wanted to share:
An eco friendly line made in Queensland that consists of tops, tees and dresses. Personal favourites includes this top here and dress from the pics above here. This line kinda came out of nowhere and I’m so happy I found it, the fabrics are lush – no hemp etc so don’t be scared off! Total luxe eco-line with affordable prices.
2. AS Color
An NZ store which a friend recently introduced me to. There’s only one walk-in store in Sydney based in the Galleries Sydney CBD, but you can shop online! The pieces are true to size and the cuts fit really well so not too much risk involved. I cannot fault the styles and cuts of these basics and more importantly, the PRICE! It’s hard to find a t-shirt or long sleeve top over $30 in this store. Think Bassike styles but a lot cheaper.
Shopbop’s own exlusive basis range includes soft materials like modal but also some gorgeous silk and cashmere pieces.
Happy Tuesday! xo

Can’t go wrong with a good basic piece! Great outfit for that necessary coffee run!
