The Saguaro Hotel Palm Springs

Fortunately on our travels, we were lucky enough to stop off at one of our dream destinations, The Saguaro Hotel, PALM SPRINGS!

The Saguaro lured us in with cool looking pics and a blog of its own, looking like something straight out of the 50s with its colour explosion and retro vibes. We absolutely loved staying here! The pool is great and they often host weekend DJs/ parties poolside (we just missed one unfortunately). The trendy Mexican restaurant on site has to die for food and drink with daily happy hour – definitely not your average ‘attached-to-a-hotel’ restaurant.

Palm Springs itself is an absolute gem of a destination! Very cool and a popular holiday/ long weekend location for Californians I’m told. Think a perfect little retro town in the desert with soaring temperatures, palm tree lined streets, cool architecture and pools a plenty. I seriously can’t imagine this place ever getting cold!

Fashion poolside was pretty simple for me! Kimono daily over a bikini and always denim cut offs. I feel like the Kimono trend is going to hit Sydney big time this summer. Fringing being a close second with signs of it everywhere right now – boots, bags, clutches etc.

I love a bright mani/pedi for summer and opted for clashing orange and pink OPIs for fingers and toes! Really getting into the swing of holidays and traveling at this point and living the USA dream.
